about

A Love for Tracey was written and recorded onto a friend's 4-track Tascam tape machine at home in Flemington, Victoria in 1999. It is just one of 10 tracks from my 4-track acoustic album of home recordings titled 'Rising the Strays', released independently in 1999. Only 100 copies were made and the recordings were not of the highest quality but certainly had plenty of 'heart'. It took a lot of work to master the tracks that appear on this release but well worth it, even if for prosperity.
