about

Coat full of Holes was written and recorded at home in my 'work shed' in North Carlton in August 2001, during a highly creative period of isolation and writing. The recording suffers from hiss and a keyboard piano, however the demo was made in the hope that one day I would record it properly with a band, sadly it never happened, as with so many other demos. The song highlights my love for jazz and blues music and I was preparing to study Jazz Performance at N.M.I.T majoring in vocals in 2002.
